It was sort of announced by his manager two days ago, but it has become official now. French power forward Adrien Moerman is the new addition of Darussafaka Dogus after signing a 1+1 contract with the club.

The new rising power of the Turkish basketball acquired nothing less than the top scorer and top rebounder of last season’s BSL. Moerman registered an impressive season double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds per game last year in the Turkish League being a force to be reckoned with in the jersey of Banvit Bandirma.

He averaged 13.7 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.2 steals in Eurocup, helping the team reach the competition’s eighth-finals. The French big guy is characterized by his dynamic playing style, superior positioning and great use of his physique that allows him to dominate inside the paint. He is capable of threatening the basket from short, mid and long range, as it is also obvious by the 35/87 (40%) three-pointers he had last year in Eurocp.
