Efes was significantly better in the vast majority of the game, greatly outperforming its opponents, putting more energy on court and finding lots of scoring opportunities by their dominating the boards or taking advantage of the Reds’ turnovers.

The Turkish team even even led by 22 points (74 – 52) at the end of the third quarter, but a 0-13 run by the Reds in the final quarter decreased the difference a bit. Still, it was not enough to change anything in the final outcome.

Thomas Heurtel did everything on court for his team, scoring points (16) dishing assists (6) and grabbing rebounds (4). DeShaun Thomas continued his solid performances, this time scoring 14 points and Derrick Brown added 13 plus 6 rebounds.
