As “Diario Sur” reports, Nemanja Nedovic’s injury may even lead to his retirement. The Serb guard is injured in the tibial muscle of his right leg and the coach of Unicaja Malaga, Joan Plaza, is not optimistic about his situation.

As he said: “I know that a doctor was seated in front of me, Mr. Nogales, and they told me not to count on him. For how long, that is not known. He may need a month or he may not play anymore. The average time of recovery for this injury can be two or three months. That causes us to enter a dangerous dynamic. When you start training, you have lost muscle tone, and you will need fifteen days or three weeks  Also according to his diagnosis it’s also possible that he might have to stop playing. His injury is very peculiar. It is a type of injury that nobody know how things will end up because there is no solution,”.

The problem according to sources close to the situation is that also the nerves of the player have been affected in the area of his injury. Unicaja is also examining the possibility of adding a new guard in its roster.

UPDATE: Misko Raznatovic, the agent of Nemanja Nedovic tweeted that the condition of his client will keep him out of action for the next month.
