Serbia will play against Greece (February 24) and Great Britain (February 27) in the upcoming FIBA World Cup European Qualifiers, trying to book a ticket for the most important basketball event of 2023.

To do so, Svetislav Pesic decided to call up 24 high-caliber players, including some EuroLeague stars. As expected, there are no NBA names on the roster, including Nikola Jokic.

Serbia is currently 5-3 in Group I and needs only to win one of its final two games to qualify for its 5th straight World Cup.

Vasilije Micic, Nemanja Nedovic, Nikola Milutinov, Filip Petrusev, and Marko Guduric, among others, will need to step up to bring their national team to Japan, Indonesia, or the Philippines.
