The Greek basketball federation finally announced the hiring of Fotis Katsikaris as the coach of the national team, something that didn’t surprised anyone. Still there’s a contract with coach Andrea Trinchieri, a case that is expected to end up in BAT.
“It goes without saying that it’s a great honor and also a big challenge”, said Katsikaris via a press released. As for coach Trinchieri, he spoke recently to Eurohoops about his contractual situation with the Greek federation and the dead end of the buy out negotiations.
