Poland defeated the Netherlands 77 – 71 in the team’s last preparation game before traveling to China for the World Cup tournament.
A.J. Slaughter and Mateusz Ponitka scored 13 points apiece for Poland while Damian Kulig posted a double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds.
For the Netherlands, Yannick Franke finished with 16 points. Charlon Kloof added 13 points and Nicolas De Jong 12.
Poland will give three more prep matches, against Montenegro, Iran and Nigeria, before the World Cup begins.
