FIBA acknowledged the referee error that pushed Lithuania out of the 2019 FIBA World Cup, but Mindaugas Kuzminskas won’t be able to let go anytime soon.
“Things like that stay in your head probably for all your life” he confessed to Eurohoops, “You don’t have many chances to be in the World Cup and win something, so those moments are going to stay for a long long time.”
