Panathinaikos wins its sixth game in a row. Coach Ergin Ataman’s team beat Mykonos away (65-78) and keeps improving.
Kendrick Nunn was the top scorer with 23 points and 6 assists, while it was also a pretty good game for young star Alex Samodurov, too (13 points, 8 rebounds).
Juancho Hernangomez was out due to back problems. He could miss the Partizan game next Tuesday in Round 13 of the Euroleague. Mathias Lessort remains out and will undergo arthroscopic surgery.
After a good start by Mykonos, Panathinaikos reacted in the second quarter to tie the game at halftime (39-39). Kendrick Nunn led the team after the break to secure the tough away win against Mykonos (65-78). Ataman’s squad is now 6-1 in the Stoiximan GBL.
