Panathinaikos achieved a victory in the second round of the Greek championship by defeating Promitheas away with a score of 84-59.
Ahead of the EuroLeague double-header and following their Thursday win against Fenerbahce in one of the most exciting matches of the fourth round of the elite competition, PAO secured their second triumph in the Greek championship.

For the home team, Kendal Coleman had 15 points and 11 rebounds, and Adonis Arms scored ten points.
The game in Patras was practically decided in the first quarter, which the visitors won convincingly with a score of 21-7. They maintained the lead without much trouble, extending the advantage to over 30 points, and eventually secured another convincing victory, ahead of their visit to Partizan on Tuesday.
