Limoges got Jeter, a court win and troubles

The defending champions of France, Limoges, announced on Saturday night the addition of Pooh Jeter, a move which was revealed by Eurohoops and also got a win in the appeal court against former coach Panagiotis Giannakis.

The appeal court confirmed the first verdict and also fined with an extra 3.000 euros the side of the coach, as the club announced. However there’s an other pressing issue for Limoges, as LNB decided that the team should lose the game to Cholet, despite winning 83-73. Cholet protested the result because Limoges used Mickael Gelabale in the game which was postponed from the 16th gameday and was played in January. As a result for the same 16th gameday of the ProA league, Gelabale has also played for his previous team, Strasbourg in the 93-70 win over Boulogne. Of course, Limoges is protesting and the question now is if LNB’s decision can be changed.
