Olimpia Milano and Virtus Bologna continued their strong starts in Legabasket, both improving to 3-1 after four rounds.
In Round 4, Ettore Messina’s Milano defeated Venice 101-88, powered by three standout performances. Devin Booker, Armoni Brooks, and Shavon Shields each scored 23 points, helping the team bounce back from a EuroLeague loss to Valencia and secure their third consecutive Legabasket win.
For Venice, Ky Bowman contributed 15 points, Jordan Parks added 14, and RJ Cole had 13, while Leonardo Candi and Kyle Wiltjer chipped in 10 points each.
Meanwhile, Virtus Bologna dominated Sassari 90-71 at home, with three players leading the charge. Derrick Alston scored 21 points, Alen Smailagić added 20 points and eight rebounds, and Matt Morgan contributed 19 points for Dusko Ivanovic’s side.
Sassari was led by Desure Buie with 14 points and Carlos Marshall with 12, but it wasn’t enough to challenge Bologna’s superiority.
