It was a common secret that Sergio Scariolo will remain the head coach of the Spanish national team and tomorrow the official announcement will be made.
The Spanish basketball federation will hold a press conference in which the announcement will be made. The Italian coach had win three gold Eurobasket medals with Spain (2015, 2011, 2009) and also to a silver medal in the 2012 Olympics and a bronze last summer in Rio.
His new contract is expected to keep him on the bench until the next Olympic Games in 2020.
