Maccabi Tel Aviv defeated Hapoel Holon 77-74 in their first pre-season game of 2020, paced behind a powerful performance by Ante Zizic. The newly-signed center led Giannis Sfairopoulos’ squad with a double-double of 20 points, 12 rebounds.
Othello Hunter followed Zizic’s lead with 16 and 5 rebounds, while Scottie Wilbekin and Angelo Caloiaro posted 10 points each for Maccabi.
CJ Harris had 19 points to lead all Hapoel Holon scorers.
