Noua, ASVEL put on feast against JL Bourg – Jeep Elite Day 19 recap

ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne marched on with another victory in the French League, this time over JL Bourg at home (104-71), to improve to a 17-2 record in the Jeep Elite standings.

Amine Noua stepped up for the hosts and posted a team-high performance with 23 points, while David Lighty followed with 19 points.

JL Bourg led the first period 30-20, though ASVEL’s comeback in the second period (with a partial 36-10 score) set the mood for the final outcome of the game.

After 19 weeks of action in the French league, ASVEL is at a tie with Monaco on top of the standings, followed by Dijon (16-3), Levallois (14-5) and Cholet (12-7).
