Overcoming a slow start, Anadolu Efes led the rest of the way en route to a 92-84 victory versus Istanbul rival Galatasaray MCT Technic in Turkcell Basketball Development Center.

Shane Larkin (groin), Burak Can Yildizli (wrist), PJ Dozier Jr. (thigh), and Giorgos Papagiannis (knee) were sidelined in Round 12 of the 2025-26 Turkiye Sigorta Basketbol Super Ligi Regular Season, with Jordan Loyd also picking up an injury late in the second quarter on Sunday. Rodrigue Beaubois and Vincent Poirier were scratched due to league roster restrictions on foreign players. For the team coached by Yakup Sekizkok, Will Cummings (hand) remained unavailable.

Making 8/8 two-pointers, Brice Dessert recorded a season-high 20 points, and also shared a game-high with experienced guard Errick McCollum of the Lions. Ercan Osmani posted a 16-point, 10-rebound double-double. Sehmus Hazer and Isaia Cordinier went for 16 and 15 points, respectively, while 32-year-old Loyd returned from the minor setback after the break but was limited to just under 16 minutes with five points and two assists.

Snapping a five-game losing streak in the domestic league, Efes matched Galata at 7-5.
