After 13 rounds of the BSL, Beşiktaş were still unbeaten.

However, the clash with Fenerbahçe proved too much for Dušan Alimpijević’s side, who had no answer against the reigning champions.

Saras Jasikevičius’ team claimed a convincing 87–101 victory to move to a 12–2 record in the domestic competition, while the men in black remain top of the standings but now at 13–1.

Talen Horton-Tucker was the standout performer of the game, scoring 27 points.

For the hosts, Conor Morgan was the top scorer with 17 points.

The game was interrupted for 20 minutes with five minutes left before the final buzzer after Besiktas fans protested towards the refs and threw objects on the court.

After twenty minutes of a very even contest (47–48), the game changed in the third quarter, as Fenerbahçe went on a 34-15 run that allowed them to put the game to bed at that point.
