Fenerbahce victorious on the road against Besiktas

Zeljko Obradovic’s squad prevailed with 76-71 on the road and finish 2017 on top of the Turkish league standings with an 11-2 record.

Jan Vesely was one rebound shy from a double-double, finishing the game with 15 points, while Marko Guduric also tapped 15 points.

Nicolo Melli finished with 4 points, to go along with 12 rebounds, in a battle which was decided in the final moments of the game, despite Fenerbahce’s early advantage (45-30 at halftime).

Besiktas now falls to 9-4 and changes are coming. Coach Ufuk Sarica confirmed after the game the reports about Juan Palacios coming to the team and also about Augusto Lima leaving.
