Nate Robinson gives the finger to angry fans in Israel

Since Nate Robinson’s arrival, Hapoel Tel Aviv has a record of 4-2 in the Israeli Winner League. The American superstar averages 15.5 points, 3.8 assists and 1.8 rebounds so far, having adapted really well to overseas basketball.

But Robinson has also become familiar with the rather unique and intense way that the fans sometimes choose to behave in Europe.

After the 85 – 90 road win of Hapoel Tel Aviv against Hapoel Holon, the hosts’ fans didn’t exactly show the… fondest of feelings for Robinson, who had just finished the game as the best player of his team with 16 points and 9 assists. On his way to the locker rooms, he saw some of them making what you might call as “rude gestures” to him.
