BC Kalev/Cramo team member tested positive for coronavirus

BC Kalev/Cramo announced on Saturday (March 14) that one of the team members tested positive for coronavirus.

Kalev played on March 12 against Lokomotiv Kuban behind closed doors, the last match held before the VTB League suspended the competition.

The members of both teams have been informed and Kalev’s members have been put in a two-week quarantine. It’s not know how the person in question got infected.

Per BC Kalev/Cramo:

BC Kalev/Cramo team member has been tested positive with coronavirus. All team members, staff, Lokomotiv-Kuban team members and other close contacts have been informed about the situation. The team and the staff are in quarantine for the next two weeks. It is unknown how the virus got to the team.
