In their second meeting in this season’s VTB playoffs, Lokomotiv prevailed at home against Unics with 92-76.
Taylor Rochestie led the winners with a stunning performance of 26 points, which was followed by a double-double of 21 points and 12 rebounds by Ryan Broekhoff.
The hosts dominated the first period and grabbed a 10-point advantage at 10′ with 28-18. Unics reduced, then Collins made it a 10 point game again, while Lokomotiv finished off the first half with a 12-point lead, 47-35.
A 3-pointer by Voronov at the end of the third period (73-59) could have signaled the counter attack for the visiting team, yet the Rochestie/Broekhoff duo was dominant until the end.
