Lokomotiv-Kuban center Frank Elegar proved to be the best dunker in the VTB All Star Game, winning a year’s supply of apparel from Under Armour, the exclusive apparel sponsor for the St. Petersburg All-Star Game.
While Ike Udanoh of Astana was also part of the Dunk Contest, everyone expected the showdown between Elegar and the favorite, Tyler Honeycutt of Khimki.
