The ACB plans to finish the 2019-20 season scheduling the remaining games at the Canary Islands, per Mundo Deportivo. The Spanish League remains in the process of evaluating different options to salvage the paused campaign including adjustments to the competition format.

Leaning towards the Canaries for all top-tier division teams to gather is due to the region holding the fewest coronavirus cases in Spain. However, the potential games are still expected to be contested behind closed doors.

ACB hopes to narrow down its final decision until April 20 and the next scheduled video conference. Health safety for all participants remains the top priority.

About one month ago, the 18 ACB clubs unanimously agreed to extend the temporary suspension of the season up to April 24.
