With six players scoring in double figures Valencia defeated Palencia 101 – 77 to improve its Spanish ACB League record to 8 – 3. It was a fine way for the Taronja to react after suffering their biggest EuroLeague loss this season Thursday (23/11) at Panathinaikos Athens.

Kassius Robertson and Brandon Davies led this balanced Valencia offensive performance with 16 points apiece. Jared Harper provided 14 points, Chris Jones scored 13, Jose Puerto dropped 12 points and Nate Reuvers had 11 points.

From Palencia, Keye Van Der Vuurst scored 20 points and dished out seven assists. Vitor Benite had 16 points and Anzejs Pasecniks pitched in 13 points for the ACB newcomers that dropped to 1 – 10 and remain at the bottom of the standings.

Next up for Valencia is the EuroLeague home game vs. fellow Spanish side Baskonia Friday (1/10).
