According to the press release the clubs decided to “proceed to the provisional registration of the CDB Sevilla SAD club as an ACB team for the 2017-18. Still “the clubs reserve the future right to continue to defend in the courts the validity of the decisions approved by the ACB General Assembly”.
The point is that Liga Endesa will include 18 clubs for next season, a new calendar will be announced the season will start at the 30th of September.
Meanwhile Real Betis announced today before the decision of ACB the addition of veteran point guard Donnie McGrath.
