Bayern secured a victory in Game 1 of the German Championship finals by defeating Alba Berlin 100-94 on their home court.
This win gave Svetislav Pesic’s team an advantage in the series, which is played to three victories.

On the other side, Norris Agbakoko led the visitors with 21 points, Justin Bean had 15 points, and Martin Hermansson added 14 points along with nine assists.
It was an excellent and highly efficient game in Munich, where, after an exciting half, the home team led by three points (58-55).
At the start of the third quarter, ALBA went on a 13-0 run to gain a double-digit lead (70-60), but Bayern quickly bounced back and eventually turned the match into a thriller.
