Five in row for Alba after beating Bamberg

Alba Berlin is on the road winning their fifth straight game in the German Basketball League. This time they knocked down the reigning champion Brose Bamberg at home 85-81.

Peyton Siva paced Alba to the great victory. The American point guard led his team in scoring and assists. He had 25 points and 6 assists in Alba’s win.

As the saying goes, never underestimate the heart of a champion, as Bamberg was able to bounce back in the last quarter they cut the lead up to 3 points (77-74) with one minute left on the clock.

Dorrel Wright’s 17 points and 6 rebounds couldn’t prevent the loss.

This was the second loss in a row for Bamberg as they are now standing on an 11-8 record while Alba moved up to a 15-4.
