PAOK has officially announced the signing of Canadian center Kyle Alexander on a two-year contract.
The 28-year-old big man is expected to be the team’s starting center after building a strong reputation in European basketball, particularly in the EuroCup, where he finished as the competition’s leading shot blocker during the 2024-25 season.
Standing at 2.08 meters, Alexander played college basketball at Tennessee before beginning his professional career in the NBA G League. He also made NBA appearances with the Miami Heat before moving to Europe in 2020.
Since arriving overseas, Alexander has played for Fuenlabrada, Valencia, Hapoel Tel Aviv and Turk Telekom. He spent the last two seasons with the Turkish club, averaging 9.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.1 blocks across all competitions during the 2025-26 campaign.
A member of the Canadian national team, Alexander was also part of Canada’s squad at the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
