Khem Birch is officially a member of Aris! The Thessaloniki team announced the acquisition of the Canadian center for the next two years, with Vassilis Spanoulis adding another important piece to the roster for the upcoming season.
Birch played for Fenerbahce the past two years, winning the EuroLeague in 2025. Additionally, Aris will become the second Greek team he has played for, following Olympiacos in the 2016/17 season.
This year, he averaged 3.9 points and 4.0 rebounds in 43 EuroLeague games. In the Turkish finals, which concluded with a 3-1 victory for his team against Besiktas, he averaged 7.0 points and 2.8 rebounds.
Aris’ moves so far
Aris has already announced the acquisition of EJ Liddell, retained Giorgos Tanoulis (this time without a loan), and has agreements with Matt Morgan and Vassilis Charalampopoulos. The new coach of the team is Vassilis Spanoulis.
