Aris Thessaloniki has officially announced the signing of Matt Morgan on a two-year contract, keeping the American guard with the club through the summer of 2028.
The 29-year-old arrives after spending the last two seasons with Virtus Bologna, where he enjoyed the best EuroLeague campaign of his career in 2025-26. Morgan averaged 13.5 points, 1.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 34 EuroLeague appearances, while also helping Virtus win the Italian League title during his stint with the club.
Before joining Virtus, Morgan played for London Lions, Le Mans, Konyaspor, and Raptors 905. He first made a name for himself at Cornell University, where he finished his collegiate career as the second-leading scorer in program history with 2,333 points.
