Too much Hapoel Jerusalem for Union Olimpija

By Eurohoops team/ info@eurohoops.net

The obvious and quite clear superiority of Hapoel Jerusalem against Union Olimpija was translated in the 89 – 74 win that the Israelis grabbed in Slovenia. Hapoel increased their record to 0 – 2 while leaving their opponents to search their first positive result elsewhere.

The two teams were close only for the first half (39 – 41), since the team from Jerusalem outscored its opponents 48 – 35 after the return from the locker rooms.

Tarence Kinsey and Curtis Jerrels were superb for Hapoel with 23 and 22 points each, while Drazen Bubnic (17 points) was the top scorer for Union Olimpija.
