Burjanadze averaged 10.3 points on 41.6% three-point shooting and 4.2 rebounds in 29 Spanish League games last season, his first with Andorra.
He started his career with Cajasol Seville and made his EuroCup debut in the 2010-11 season. He only saw five seconds of playing time – in the EuroCup semifinal in which Cajasol beat Benetton Treviso. He also averaged 2.1 points in nine EuroCup games with Cajasol in the 2012-13 season.
“It is a reward for his great season and work ethic,” Andorra general manager Francesc Solana said. “We are very happy with the agreement. Our project will keep growing with Beqa Burjanadze, and it is also great news that a player with such potential wants to keep working with us.”
