German Gavin Schilling will make his professional debut as a member of Ulm in the German BBL and the 7Days EuroCup.

According to the press release:

German squad ratiopharm Ulm continued loading up for the new 7DAYS EuroCup season by announcing on Friday the addition of power forward Gavin Schilling on a two-year deal. Schilling (2.06 meters, 22 years old) arrives straight from Michigan State University and will be making his pro debut with Ulm. Schilling averaged just 2.9 points and 3.4 rebounds per game last season, coming from a serious knee injury he had suffered in 2016-17. He was a winner of the Big Ten Tournament in 2014 and 2016 and also played in the NCAA Final Four in 2015. “From my first year as a pro I expect that I gain a lot of experience and develop myself,” said Schilling, who was born in Germany. “Even though I’m a rookie in Europe, I want to make an immediate contribution to helping the team.
