After the players’ negotiations with Olympiacos broke off, Unics Kazan used the chance and acquired Pierria Henry with a one-year deal, the club announced.
Henry was one of Tofas’ best players in the 2017-2018 season, helping his team reach the Turkish League Finals. He averaged 9.6 points, 5.9 assists and 4.3 rebounds in the Turkish League, while in the 7DAYS EuroCup competition he put up 10.9 points, 4.6 assists, 3.5 rebounds and an impressive 2.0 steals per game.
The 25-year-old guard is currently playing with the Boston Celtics in the NBA Summer League.
