Kyle Hines parting ways with CSKA and heading to Milan

After seven years with CSKA Moscow, the four times EuroLeague champion and the team’s captain in Kyle Hines will move on and his next destination will be Armani Milan, according to Eurohoops sources.

CSKA has been informed that the 33-year-old big man will use the opt-out clause in his contract and the club is expected to announce it soon with a letter of gratitude.

Hines, who has recently been named to the EuroLeague 2010-20 All-Decade Team, has been with CSKA since 2013 and won two EuroLeague titles during that period (2016, 2019) while grabbing the best defender honors twice. They also won six straight VTB League trophies (2014-19).

Prior to CSKA, Hines played for Olympiacos with which he also got to the top of the EuroLeague twice (2012, 2013). He also played for Brose Bamberg in Germany and Veroli in Italy – where he started his pro career in 2008.
