Khimki parts ways with Greg Monroe and Jonas Jerebko

BC Khimki terminated the contracts of Greg Monroe and Jonas Jerebko due to personal circumstances of players, the club announced.

The Russian team has been going through big changes after falling to the bottom of the EuroLeague standings with a 2-19 record. They had parted ways with coach Rimas Kurtinaitis and have now said goodbye to the former NBAers.

Monroe played 15 games with the team this season, averaging 12.6 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.27 assists.

For Jerebko, this was his second season with the squad and he posted 10.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.46 assists over 24 games.
