Kevin Pangos will wait for the NBA free agency

Kevin Pangos established himself once more as one of the top EuroLeague point guards, but he may also be one more export from the old continent to the NBA.

While the player has an offer from Zenit St. Petersburg, he is also on the wish list of Barcelona, and clubs like CSKA Moscow and Anadolu Efes that may soon be on the market for a floor general also have him on their radar.

However, with point guards becoming a commodity on both sides of the Atlantic, Pangos is not going to rush any decision. On the contrary, according to Eurohoops sources, his side is going to wait until the start of the NBA free agency in August before making any decision.

At this point, there’s nothing concrete from the other side on the Atlantic, however, with guards like Mike James, Luca Vildoza, and Elijah Bryant getting the chance to be part of the NBA, it more than makes sense for Pangos to also get offers.

After all, Pangos was a star during his NCAA days with Gonzaga and he proved once again in Zenit St. Petersburg that he belongs to the elite. In 39 EuroLeague games this year, he averaged 13.5 points, 6,7 assists while shooting 39% in threes.
