Barcelona extends Laprovittola until 2026

Nicolas Laprovittola proved to be the right match for Barcelona and extended his contract for four more years.

Per the press release: Laprovittola will continue to be a member of Barcelona until June 30, 2026. The Argentine foreigner, whose contract ended in 2023, extends his relationship with Barça for three more seasons.

Lapro, 32, completed a great 2021/22 season under Sarunas Jasikevicius. The Argentine was named in the best 5 of the Endesa League thanks to his 9.3 points (56% shooting from two), 2.5 assists and 9.2 PIR in 20 minutes on average.

As for the Euroleague, Lapro completed his best season in Europe with an average of 9.6 points (44% in triples), 3.1 assists and a PIR of 9.8 per game in 20 minutes per night.

It should be noted that Laprovittola played 89 of the 90 possible games between the Endesa League (44), the Euroleague (38), the Copa del Rey (3), the Super Cup (2) and the Catalan League (2) and, the game that was lost in the EuroLeague was by technical decision.
