The suspension of Mike James has officially ended and the player has been reinstated as a member of Monaco’s active roster.

As the club has officially announced: “AS Monaco is pleased to announce that Mike James will return to the squad after the club internally resolved the issues that led to his suspension. The management of the club has therefore taken the decision to fully include him on the roster again. Mike is now ready to join the group, with the greatest desire to help AS Monaco achieve their goals”.

Monaco is on course to secure the EuroLeague home-court advantage for the quarterfinals and host Valencia on Friday.

James stayed out of the roster for nine days and reportedly the reason for his suspension was a night out with his former teammate and current Panathinaikos players Dwayne Bacon.

The American point guard has been averaging 16.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game in the 2022-23 EuroLeague Regular Season.
