Changes at Panathinaikos continue as Matt Thomas officially departs from the club, just a day after the Greens signed Kyle Guy.

The former Obradoiro and Valencia player joined the Athens club in January and averaged 8.1 points and two rebounds in the EuroLeague, as well as six points and two rebounds in the Basket League.

The 28-year-old sharpshooter began his professional career with Obradoiro six years ago and, after winning the EuroCup with Taronja in 2019, moved to the NBA.

He played for the Toronto Raptors, Utah Jazz, and Chicago Bulls before returning to Europe at the beginning of the year.
