According to Moshe Barda from the Israeli outlet ONE, the team coached by Dimitris Itoudis is close to bringing in Elijah Bryant, one of the best players of this campaign, on a three-year deal “worth around 7.5M and upwards.”
In this season’s EuroLeague with Anadolu Efes, he has averaged 13.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game, shooting 49.0% from two and 90.0% at the line.
Facing Panathinaikos in the five-game series in the EuroLeague Playoffs, the 30-year-old forward put up 13.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game.
This would be a return to Israel for the former Milwaukee Bucks player, who spent time with Maccabi Tel Aviv from 2019 to 2021, and previously one season with Hapoel Eilat.
