Tyson Carter was released from the hospital care on Monday and continues treatment of pulmonary embolism at home, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet announced on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old combo guard, who was hospitalized for three weeks, is feeling well, but remains sidelined indefinitely for the team coached by Sasa Obradovic, pending further tests to determine the cause of the scary setback. After back-to-back Basketball Champions League titles with Unicaja, Carter joined the Serbian club in July.

The Belgrade outfit also informed on Devonte’ Graham returning to team practices. The 30-year-old point guard has been out since suffering a bruised ankle bone late in the preseason schedule. He will soon make his official debut with the EuroLeague outfit.

Meanwhile, Jordan Nwora, who recently picked up an ankle injury, underwent additional medicals on Monday and Tuesday and is expected to soon rejoin the daily training schedule.

On the injury list due to a foot fracture, Jasiel Rivero is set to progress from physical therapy to a plan on returning to action, but without a specific recovery timeline.

Joel Bolomboy continues foot surgery rehab in the United States, with another update expected by the end of November.

After left knee surgery in October, Isaiah Canaan was ruled out for the entire season.

The remaining players are available, heading to Round 9 of the EuroLeague Regular Season and a meeting with Panathinaikos Aktor in Belgrade Arena on Wednesday. Overcoming injury woes, Zvezda is currently tied with Zalgiris and Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv at the top of the standings, behind a 6-2 record.
