Fenerbahce Beko is gearing up for the most critical stretch of the 2025-26 season with significant news regarding their roster depth and postseason health.

Cem Ciritci, the board member responsible for the club’s basketball department, provided an update on the status of veteran guard Nando de Colo after the team’s win over fellow EuroLeague outfit Anadolu Efes in Round 26 of the 2025-26 Turkiye Sigorta Basketbol Super Ligi Regular Season on Monday.

As Fener prepares for the EuroLeague Playoffs, Ciritci revealed that the French legend is on track to return from injury in time for the postseason. “Our players returning from injury are starting to get back in form,” he noted during his appearance on Legend TV. “Right now, we have no absentees except for Nando de Colo. Nando will also be ready for the Playoffs.”

The return of the 38-year-old combo guard comes as De Colo recently announced his decision to retire at the end of this season.

Since reuniting with the defending EuroLeague champions in January, he has provided a steady veteran presence off the bench, averaging 10.9 points and 2.3 assists over 12 appearances.

The team coached by Sarunas Jasikevicius currently sits at a 23-14 record in the EuroLeague. The upcoming Round 38 finale against LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne at the LDLC Arena will be decisive, determining whether the Istanbul giants secure homecourt advantage for the best-of-five playoff series.

However, the team remains without Angolan center Jilson Bango, who continues his recovery from a long-term ACL injury.

On the domestic front, Fenerbahce is currently locked in a fierce battle for the top seed in the BSL, sitting tied with Besiktas Gain at 22-4 with only four games remaining in the Regular Season.
