De Colo: “I am now part of Euroleague history”

Nando De Colo is not only the first French MVP in the history of the Euroleague, but also the first player who is also the best scorer and the MVP of the league.

That’s not small feat, but as you can see in his quotes before CSKA Moscow’s practice, he is as focused as always on the task before him. “I feel proud for this award, it’s the best competition in Europe and now I can say that I am part of Euroleague’s history”.

But does this give him an extra motive to play even better in the Final Four? The answer is no: “I don’t need the MVP award in order to get motive”.

And of course for the moment he is thinking only about CSKA Moscow and not the fact that he will be probably the most wanted free agent in Europe this summer: “I am not thinking at all about my future, only about the Final Four”.
