Fran Fraschilla, former head coach at Manhattan, St. John’s and New Mexico and college basketball analyst & international draft expert for ESPN, was called to rank leagues outside of the NBA.

In his Top 14, EuroLeague clinches the #1 spot, with EuroCup following in the second place!

Spain’s ACB ranks higher than every other domestic league on the list at #3, and looks like we agree with ESPN, as a few months ago, we ranked Liga Endesa as the best European domestic league.

At #4 stands BSL, aka the Turkish Super League, then at #5 we find VTB League.

Legabasket ranks higher on ESPN’s list in comparison to ours, grabbing spot #6.

Following, we find France’s Pro A at #7, then the Greek Basket League at #8, while the German BBL stands at #9 on the list, while it ranks at #4 on Eurohoops’ selection.

At #10 we find another international competition, this time it’s FIBA’s Basketball Champions League.

The Adriatic League follows at #11, then comes Australia’s National League at #12.

Israel’s Winner League is placed at #13, as the list closes off with the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA).
