Euroleague Basketball has announced disciplinary sanctions pertaining to incidents that occurred in Round 16 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season.
- Panathinaikos Superfoods Athens has been sanctioned with a fine of €3,500 for the lighting of fireworks in the arena on occasion of its home game against Anadolu Efes Istanbul, under Article 29.2.e) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code.
- Fenerbahçe Dogus Istanbul has been sanctioned with a fine of €4,500 for the insufficient preventive measures taken to avoid disturbances during its home game against Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz, under Article 29.2.j) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code. Additionally, a fan has been imposed a restriction for a period of one year from attending at courtside level any game/event of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and/or the 7DAYS EuroCup for a violation of the Courtside Seat Holders – General Code of Conduct (deliberately pushing a player) during the same game.
- Fenerbahce Dogus Istanbul has been sanctioned with a fine of €3,500 for the throwing of objects onto the court on occasion of its home game against Zalgiris Kaunas, under Article 29.2.h) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code.
