Real Madrid currently holds a 21-7 record ahead of traveling to Athens to face Panathinaikos in a do-or-die game for the Greek team. However, the Spanish team will lack the presence of Felipe Reyes and Gabriel Deck that won’t travel with the rest of the squad.

As Mundo Deportivo reports, Pablo Laso mentioned that the team will have to “take care” of Reyes, ahead of a difficult schedule.

“We know that we have a trip to Tenerife this week and a trip to the Canary Islands in the week that follows, so we think it is good for him to rest for a game so that he can get back into a competitive rhythm. We’re talking about a player who has not lost any game all season long because he has not had any injuries.”

At the same time, Deck will remain out due to an ankle injury.
