The EuroLeague playoffs are set

Six teams went into the EuroLeague Round 30 with chances to grab the three available tickets for the playoffs and it was all decided after the first batch of games on Thursday (4/4).

Panathinaikos won against Buducnost led by Nick Calathes who notched a triple-double and finished at the sixth spot since earlier, Baskonia lost to CSKA. Baskonia lost but advanced to the playoffs from seventh spot thanks to Anadolu Efes beating Olimpia Milano. Lastly, in the last game of the day, Zalgiris managed to win on the road against Real Madrid and with the above-mentioned results going their way, secured the final playoff ticket and finished the season on the eighth spot.

The playoffs will be played in a best-of-five series starting April 16 and finishing May 1. Matchups are the following:

1. Fenerbahce Beko 8. Zalgiris Kaunas
2. CSKA Moscow 7. Kirolbet Baskonia
3. Real Madrid 6. Panathinaikos OPAP
4. Anadolu Efes 5. Barcelona Lassa
