Luka Doncic never hid the fact that he remains a Real Madrid fan and he reacted to the number of free throws that CSKA Moscow was awarded – the Army Team made 34 out of 42 – in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague semifinal game against his former team.

Doncic, last season’s EuroLeague MVP, made the following tweet.

However, this number is not that unusual on a Final Four. Panathinaikos holds the record from the 2007 Final (38/46 FT) against CSKA Moscow, CSKA Moscow also had 34/44 free throws in the 2006 semifinal against FC Barcelona and FB Barcelona had 34/40 free throws in the 2003 Final game against Benetton Treviso.
