From Barcelona, Spain, Marc Gasol himself confirmed that he will miss the upcoming Eurobasket 2015 but also the fact that he has a deal with Memphis Grizzlies for the next five seasons.
As Marc Mundet reports: “I’ve never thought about any other option that wasn’t Memphis. That’s why I haven’t met with any one else, even if I knew about their interest”. As for his 110 millions, five year deal he added: “It’s a lot of money. Much more than I ever imagined. NBA is like this. It makes you dizzy. I feel I come from many places. From Memphis as well. I’m fine there. It’s been 14 years there with my family. We love to be there”.
