With 7 minutes left on the clock Baskonia had just a one point lead (62-61) over Manresa, however at the end managed to get the 82-69 win by closing the game with a 20-8 run.

Once again without Andrea Bargnani whose name was in the score sheet, but he wasn’t used, Baskonia has now a 5-2 record, while Manresa is left at 1-5. Jaka Blazic with 17 points led the charge for the team of coach Sito Alonso but the duo of Adam Hanga (14 p.) and Johaness Voigtmann (11 p. 7 r.) made the most crucial plays down the stretch. Former NBA player Chase Budinger (photo) made his Spanish debut in this game with 3 points and 5 rebounds.

For the losing side Scott Suggs scored 17 points and Aleksandar Cvetkovic added 14.
